Warranty for Remanufactured Toner Cartridges

• The House of Toner does not drill or cut holes in any of the toner cartridges components.
• Each cartridge is tested before and after refilling.
• Only the best available toner is used to ensure the highest quality printouts for our customers.
• The House of Toner guarantees that when used as directed the product will perform. If, at any time, the product does not perform well, please furnish a written statement and a sample print copy showing us the print quality variances. If you are not sure, feel free to call us to determine whether the product does in fact have a problem. (The product must have been purchased within the last year, be damage-free and bear all of The House of Toner labels.)
• The House of Toner guarantees to the buyer that if any toner cartridge is defective or not printing correctly, we will either replace or repair it. Credits will be issued based on the amount of toner remaining in the cartridge.
• The House of Toner guarantees that when used as directed the cartridge will not void any machine warranties or damage the printer.

Delivery: Free in the city of Los Angeles, California with the purchase of $55.00 or more. Deliveries out of the city of Los Angeles are not factored in with the price; additional delivery charges will apply.

Return Policy:
• No materials may be returned without prior consent.
• Returned items will be inspected for sale ability before a credit is issued, and a charge of 15% will be added for restocking and handling.
• Only credit for purchases will be issued for returned items; no cash will be refunded.

Pricing Structure:
Most pricing in the quantity columns is for remanufactured products (R/M) and often requires an empty core exchange. Generic products (GEN) and new original equipment manufacturer products (OEM) usually do not require an empty exchange.

The House of Toner sells imaging supplies on three levels:

1) Brand New: Genuine toner supplies for laser printers, copiers, fax machines, and inkjet printers, direct from the Manufacturer (OEM) of your machine, and at lower than list prices! Call for current prices as they fluctuate widely.

2) Generic: New compatible supplies from many of the same vendors as the OEM's but privately packaged and sold to you at savings of 25-40%, fully tested and guaranteed by The House of Toner.

3) Remanufactured: The very same cartridges originally sold brand new, but professionally refurbished, refilled and reassembled by the qualified staff at The House of Toner. These cartridges are unconditionally warranted for the life of the cycle.

The House of Toner has learned over many years that failure rates are lowest when high mortality components are replaced with parts built for longevity rather than obsolescence. In short, you get what you pay for.

Virgin cartridges arriving at The House of Toner plant are carefully pre-tested, disassembled, thoroughly cleaned, filled, reassembled and post-tested. The most failure-prone component, the photoconductor drum has 20,000 pages of useful life added with our patented Diamond-Kote drum coating process. And if wear is perceived by our trained technicians, key parts are replaced with much higher regularity than is common in our industry.
